Hannah Osborn: Rarely write reviews but this service was so good. Needed an easy, hassle free parking option and this was it. Booked late (within 24 hrs of flight) and was accommodated efficiently. Called on return flight to be told that our car was waiting for us. Seamless....exactly as this service needs to be. Would book this company everytime.

Andrew Carter: We flew off for a weekend with friends in Sweden just before Christmas.
The Meet & Greet service was excellent all the way - easy to book, reasonably priced and straight forward to execute!
A phone call from the M11 and then a seemless handover of car and keys only a short walk from the check-in.
Likewise, on return the car was waiting for us where we dropped it off, in perfect order.
I would thoroughly recommend this as a hassle free addition to your trip, business or pleasure no bus, no queue, no fiddly tickets (they even let you out of the car park)!!

Geoff Rayner: I used this service on a recent visit to Norway from Stansted. Having followed the instructions and phoned just before we arrived, the parking representative was there to meet us with all the necessary paperwork. On our return, having phoned once we had collected our luggage, your representative & our car was there when we got to the pick up point. Excellent service and the car had been cleaned. Will definitely use again. No hassle and no waiting around, just what is needed at the beginning & end of a holiday.

Angela Cleverly: We booked the Meet & Greet Parking service, and would definitely recommend it. It was our first time to Stanstead, so Meet & Greet really removed all the stress and hassle of having to find our way around.
After a 2 hour drive to the airport, it was great to just park up and walk into the check in facilities. Definitely worth the extra money - I'd do it again for sure.

Like everyone else, we are subject to hold ups in traffic and car park closures from time to time and although we endeavour to meet on time this does sometimes happen. We try to reduce the risk of this occurring by asking all our 'incoming' customers to call us approximately 20 minutes before their arrival which gives us the chance to judge arrival times and if neccessary to change the Meeting place to suit the circumstances! regards, SEP Team.
Colin Phillips: The service was very good, we were met on time on arrival and departure. The instructions were precise and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
On a slightly negative note, my car appeared to have been parked in a field, and was covered in mud. I think that if the car is being parked in a field it should be made clear to the owners, and perhaps cleaned before being returned.

All our compounds are 'Hard Standing', tarmac, concrete and or gravel/core. However, please be mindful of the fact, that whilst Stansted Airport is Londons' 3rd Airport, it is predominantly situated in the middle of the countryside and we do not advertise 'Undercover Parking' as one of our services.
Therefore, like almost all other Car Parking service providers in this area, your vehicle is subject to the elememts of weather and nature, so, from time to time, some vehicles may get dirty, especially if they are staying for a long period of time! Kind Regards, SEP Team.

Lesley Ingram: I found the service very good, a smiling face to great you really started the holiday off, even more so when it was 5:15 in the morning. Our return went without a hitch too.
The only issue I have is you're unable to see if there is any damage to your car whilst you have been away. The area where you drop off and pick up is too dark.
However I will be using the service again and will recommend it.

Regrettably, we are subject to the rules laid out by BAA and the Police at Stansted and we are therefore only able to return the vehicles in certain car park areas. having said that, it is unusual to have an area anywhere in the airport that is not well illuminated?!
Peter Kegg: The meet at greet parking service at Stansted was brilliant. It is better than any other service we have tried and took all the frustration out of parking, paying and finding your car!

From time to time there will be the inevitable hold ups and delays but we always monitor the flights (Providing the flight number given to us is correct). This is just to say - that our experience with you has been terrific. Our return flight from our holiday was delayed by 11 hours, which meant we returned at 3am in the morning, however this wasn't confirmed until 11 in the evening. You were flexible, and had arranged for someone to meet us after midnight in case our flight arrived between 12 - 4 when your service is closed. In the end we were met first thing by Jane at 3.45am in the morning, and we could take our young daughter home with us almost as soon as we landed. We felt your service and flexibility was great, and we would and have booked with you again.

I went on a trip with work and it got extended for 10 days so I rang SEP to extend my cars stay there was no problem and I had nothing to worry about. I wouldn't think of going any were else to park my car.
